How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the Gross Square Footage (GSF) applicable to your new build or remodel—not the total building square footage. For example, if you're remodeling a 120 sq ft bathroom in a 2,900 sq ft house, we charge based on the 120 sq ft scope of the remodel, not the full 2,900 sq ft. Final billing is subject to adjustment based on the actual applicable GSF detected by the permittable AI engine.
What is a "run"?
A run is one full AI analysis of a plan set version. Each revision you upload and submit for review counts as a new run. Extension packs add more runs at the same per-GSF rate.
Are there extension packs?
Yes. Each tier includes an initial pack of 3 runs. Additional packs of 3 runs can be purchased at the same per-GSF rate as your chosen tier.
Is there a minimum project fee?
A minimum project fee of $100 applies to all projects regardless of square footage.
